Ruskin Falls

These falls on the Finglas Burn were made famous by Millais painting of John Ruskin here in 1853.

These attractive waterfalls in a wooded glen are named after John Ruskin the Victorian art critic, in 1853 he was painted in-front of them by the well-known Pre-Raphaelite painter John Everett Millais. They are just of the track from Brig O Turk to the Glen Finglas Reservoir.
