Meall Tairneachan 787m (2582ft)

A Hummocky hill that hosts a barite mine close to its summit.

This is a rather indistinguishable hill, but is in a prime position for a good viewpoint. A mine track almost goes to the summit and can be accessed from the east. The barite mined here is used as drilling mud in the oil industry.
