Powfoot Beach
A small beach of sand and shingle with great views across the Solway.
An attractive sand and shingle beach, it has superb views to the south across the vast mud flats and salt marshes of the Solway. It is three miles west of Annan off the B724 and just beyond the village of Powfoot on the minor road to the Queensberry Bay Holiday Park. Car park and toilets.
