The Cobbler 884m (2900ft)

A fascinating and mysterious mountain incorporating a trio of precipitous peaks.

Also known as Ben Arthur it is a favourite with locals and is the most famous of the Arrochar Alps. It doesn't have Munro status but it makes up for it in awe inspiring precipitousness of its three severely rocky summits. Both the North and South spires host some of the hardest rock and ice routes in the country, whilst the Centre peak, the highest point, requires a scramble to reach the top.
